Hi there! I'm Dishaini ๐ and I am 22 years old. I'm currently pursuing my Bachelorโs degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and Iโm doing my internship as a teacher at a Language Center. I love learning new languages and hope to use them in my future career and to connect with people from different backgrounds.
I can speak four languages:
- Telugu โ my native language; Iโm comfortable with speaking and listening, but sadly, I don't know how to write and read in Telugu. (22 years)
- English - my second language and the one I use the most; Iโm confident in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. (22 years)
- Malay โ I learned it in school since itโs Malaysiaโs national language. (11 years, which is a must)
- Tamil โ I can speak and understand it well (I don't know how to write and read in Tamil, however, I have 10 years of experience in communication skills.)
My favorite things to do are listening to music (even though I donโt have the best singing voice ๐
), reading fiction books, and watching movies or dramas in different languages. I especially enjoy anything psychological, mysterious, thrilling, or a bit spooky!
