Hi, Yan Meng here^^ I went for exchange program to Tokyo for one semester in 2019 during my Bachelor's program in NUS. I was able to pick up some basic Japanese conversation skills and I am hoping that I can continue to develop this language skill to more advanced level, maybe understanding Japanese drama/movie/anime. I like hiking, basketball, chess, board games in general. I am not a native English speaker but I use it as mode of communication and academic mostly since young. I speak Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese more frequently with family and close friends. I am currently pursuing PhD in NTNU, Trondheim and hope to learn some basic Norwegian for smoother communication with locals here.
