I used to speak Spanish well when I was younger, and lived in California, but now, living in Australia, I haven't been able to practice it very much. I enjoy swimming in the ocean, hiking in nature, meditation (I teach buddhist meditation), painting and writing. And I love Mexico and its people.

my name is ky and i work at a radio station in berkeley california. i enjoy making music and am primarily looking to learn japanese at this time. i have some very basic grammar skills and a lot of practice so far with kanji and vocabulary, so getting more experience reading and writing would be great. i can help with english in exchange - open to practice speaking english but i’m not really at a point in japanese where i can really have a conversation, that would be mostly starting to work on pronunciation
