I think the most effective way to learn language is to watch video stuff which is purely consist of language you want to learn.
But, sometimes when you finally find the video that you're interested in, but without subtitles it's damn hard to understand what they're talking about.
So, i recommend you guys to exchange language by making video script or subtitle (like japanese video with japanese script) which can help you to practice listening by own yourself.
I can help you by making Korean and Japanese script.
be careful, maybe i gonna ask you to make otaku-stuffed video's subtitle.
