Language.Exchange

Hi, I am at upper beginner / lower intermediate (studied for 3 years) with about 1400 words. I am looking for an in-person exchange who wants to meet weekly or so. I can understand reading and writing much better than speaking and listening so I really want face-to-face experience, no video. Anybody in the Seattle area who is willing to drive somewhere to meet is ok.
You should be able to converse in limited English because I can't talk in Korean well enough yet, sorry!)
