Hello! My name is Louise and I live in the US. I'm a graduate student at California State University. I have a B.A degree in Social Sciences as well. I love music, I play the saxophone and guitar. I also love cats! I want to learn how to speak and write in Latin American Spanish. I know some Spanish vocabulary but my sentence structure and grammar skills are lacking. As a social worker I want to communicate with my Spanish-speaking clients about all sorts of things, including their personal histories and their emotions. Many of my friends and the people in my community are from Mexico and Central America, so if you are a native speaker from these areas I would appreciate your insight! In exchange I can help you practice your English skills. I'm very familiar with American slang and idioms, and I can help you with any academic papers you are writing as well.
