Hi, Iโm Utku! ๐ I used to travel the world with my backpack, but I paused these adventures for academic reasons. Now that Iโve settled down, Iโm eager to learn new languages and explore different cultures, even from afar.

Merhaba, ben Misa, I just moved in Izmir, recently, I speak Korean and English and I'd like to practice to speak Turkish, I worked at a spa as an esthetician for skin care and lady's apparel before. I'm a retired teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages at a Glasgow city centre college, living in Glasgow, mother of three and grandmother of two. I keep up my interest in languages by "meeting" some ex-students on Zoom once a week, going to a French class at Glasgow's Alliance Franรงaise and -attempting to ! -learn German from scratch.
I enjoy swimming , trips to the GFT [Glasgow Film Theatre] and drinking coffee in one of our many local cafรฉs.
