My name is Eric, and I am from Vancouver, Canada. I am currently completing my undergraduate degree. English is my primary language, hence I am fluent and can read/write at a high level. Mandarin is my secondary language. Aside from listening and speaking, I would say my Mandarin level is about that of an elementary school student (ไธญๆๆฐดๅนณๅคง่ฏฅๅจๅฐๅญฆ5ๅนด็บงๅทฆๅณ). My hobbies are snowboarding, gaming, and watching TV shows (more recently, I have been watching a lot of donghuaๅจ็ป). I am looking to make new friends whilst improving my Mandarin. I will be travelling to Spain next year to do the Camino de Santiago and I believe that I will have a more enjoyable experience if Iยดm able to converse to some degree in Spanish. I have been practicing primarily on my own for the last 2 years but need help with direct conversations.

I taught English in Japan for 2 years including at a university
Someday I'll learn Ukrainian but I can't speak a word so I'm not putting that in my exchange needs right now
